Better Booch
At first, we were a couple of touring musicians.
But as we traveled around the United States and abroad, we noticed a major lack of healthy food options available to us. We craved connectedness to a community and a healthier lifestyle. While at home, Trey had been brewing kombucha for his sister, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. Kombucha was known for its potentially anti-cancerous properties…but not for tasting good.
We set off to make a better booch, hoping to promote natural remedies through a brew that is labeled accurately and meticulously tested for quality.
We Do It Better.
At Better Booch, we believe that the healthiest choice should be easy to make. We use ultra-premium teas and an expert team of brewers to make it happen. We like our probiotics live, our fermentation unpasteurized and our ingredients 100% organic.

Brightland
With Brightland, you know exactly what you’re getting – authentic olive oils and vinegars that are never rotten, over processed, or fraudulent. With absolutely no fillers or artificial preservatives.
We carefully source our olives from a family-run California farm, then cold-press them into custom-blended oils. Our sole ingredient comes from trees that live on for thousands of years; so you can rest assured that what you’re putting into your body is straight from the earth. It’s grounded. It’s good for you. It’s never seen a lab.
Our fruit-forward vinegars are made on a nutrient-dense, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast. Chardonnay and Zinfandel grapes, Navel and Valencia oranges, and ripe Triple Crown blackberries are grown in nutrient-dense soil, selected with care, and double fermented in stainless steel. You’ll taste the process on your palate – zingy and bright, bold and decadent.

Brodo
James Beard Award-winning chef Marco Canora always wanted to offer something from the tiny takeout window at Hearth, his popular restaurant in New York City’s East Village. It took 11 years but the right idea eventually struck: delicious bone broth, served up like coffee in a to-go cup.
Drinking bone broth was a new way of life for Marco personally. A distinguished career in cooking left its indelible marks: too much carb-loading, too much drinking, resulting in gout, high cholesterol, and extra weight. Drinking nutritious bone broth, brewed by Marco himself, became a regular part of his new healthier diet. Inspired by his own rebound, the new and improved Marco was excited to offer his fellow New Yorkers a more nutritious, if not equally addictive, alternative to coffee.
Brodo was born in 2014 from that window overlooking First Avenue, with Marco personally ladling out the first cups. Marco and his team now serve Brodo at several locations, including the original takeout window and the flagship walk-in shop in Manhattan’s West Village. In addition to our shops, you can find Brodo in many grocery stores, or get it shipped directly to your door!

Loca
Made from potatoes, LOCA is the first plant-based cheese sauce that’s both devilishly delicious and shockingly healthy. Because the only thing better than cheese sauce is being able to enjoy it without a care in the world.
Originally served at ball games and movie theaters, processed cheese sauce is classic American junk food. But as we all try to consume fewer artificial flavors and preservatives in favor of real foods, we recreated that nostalgic cheese sauce taste with vegetables you could grow in your backyard.
No cows or cashews were harmed in the making of this sauce. At LOCA, we’re on a mission to reinvent dairy comfort food favorites in a way that’s better for humans, animals, and the entire planet.

Over Easy
Over Easy is a breakfast company for modern consumers with modern lifestyles. Translation: we’re busy, and that’s ok! In fact, it’s great. But it does make things like preparing an elaborate breakfast take a backseat to things like work, exercise… and showering.
Mornings are particularly rough, and many “convenient” options are loaded with sugar and ingredients you can’t pronounce, or worse…they taste bad. That’s where we come in – simple ingredients, simple recipes, simple mission – to give you a tasty, nutritious breakfast.
Our breakfast bars feel good, taste goos, and are made from ingredients you could find in your own kitchen. In fact, you could probably make our bars yourself if you wanted…but for those busy mornings, breakfast is on us.

Partake
Our products give delicious peace of mind to those with dietary restrictions… and “How is this so good?” enjoyment to everyone else.
Created in 2016 by Founder and CEO Denise Woodard, when her daughter was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, Partake exists to offer a selection of delicious, allergy-friendly foods that those with and without food restrictions can enjoy and share with confidence. All offerings are certified gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan and are free of the top 9 allergens (wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, soy, fish, sesame and shellfish).
Food allergies affect 1 in 13 children across the country, and (according to foodallergy.org) Black children are at a significantly higher risk of developing these allergies. Passionate about getting safe food into the hands of food insecure families, Partake partners with organizations like No Kid Hungry to provide access to the food, education and advocacy these families deserve.
As a Black & Asian American woman, Denise is passionate about raising awareness of Black and female entrepreneurship and increasing opportunities for underrepresented people seeking careers in the food and beverage industry. In 2020, Denise founded Black Futures in Food & Beverage, an annual fellowship program that mentors HBCU students and helps them secure internships and jobs at the program’s end.

Seven Sundays
We are creating a better breakfast from the ground up, one that works in harmony with nature and builds the health of the soil, our farmers, our consumers, and the planet. Above all, we promise to be honest and transparent in everything we do. We are not perfect company, but we are on a journey to get #bettereveryday.
We are a proud B Corporation, which means we meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
In our family, Sundays are the days we live most simply and deliberately, which, according to Thoreau, is,”to front only the essential facts of life.” This means taking time for ourselves, ditching our phones, and starting more intentionally in order to gain the right perspective for the day and week ahead. We realize Sundays can be a little different for everyone, but for us, this day of the week is special and embodies our passion, our brand and our chosen lifestyle. Our goal is to apply that simple Sunday frame of mind to EVERY DAY.

Wine Chips
We made Wine Chips because we love wine and we love cheese (who doesn’t?) but realized that putting the cheese IN the wine was a bad idea for both. So one evening in 2017, over a glass of wine (ok maybe two), we wished for something simple, portable, dip-able, endlessly snack-able, cheese-ladened and delicious. And just like that (ok, it took a lot of work, a lot of samples, a lot of wine and the dedication of more than a few passionate oenophiles, exuberant chip connoisseurs and mildly lazy party guests) the wine chip was born.
