We are proud to have antibiotic-free meats. Our ingredients are fresh, local, premium, as well as sprouted and organic when possible. Our food contains no gluten, sugar, dairy, additives, dyes, or preservatives. We believe that ‘Food is Medicine’ and our ingredients proudly reflect that.

Our bowls are designed by both our Chief Nutritionist and our 3-Star Michelin Chef, Dominique Crenn, to ensure that they boast incredible flavor to match their nutrient richness. We use premium ingredients alongside minimal oils and salt to flavor our food.

All of our ingredients arrive fresh, and are freshly prepared by a team of chefs in a kitchen near you. Our meal options include bowls that can either be warmed up or enjoyed straight from the fridge.
